About Us

My Home Agent was co-founded in 2018 by David Levine Bramante and Kayla Horwat Bramante, originally launched under the name HomeyPoints. The concept was simple but disruptive: give real estate agents exclusive access to verified buyer and seller leads by ZIP code, limiting participation to just three agents per area. At a time when agents were frustrated with saturated lead platforms like Mojo Dialer, Redx, Vulcan 7, and low-performing social media ad campaigns, My Home Agent introduced a smarter, tech-driven alternative.

The original spark came when David watched his daughter interact with an Amazon Alexa device for the first time. He saw firsthand how intuitive voice search had become for the next generation of consumers and realized that smart devices weren’t just a convenience—they were a new front door for real estate discovery. He began building a backend routing system to tie voice inquiries to ZIP codes and deliver those leads to local agents instantly.

David was well-positioned to build this. He had studied programming and product development at General Assembly in Santa Monica and had previously launched multiple technology startups, including Winnow Data, a commercial real estate CRM platform in 2009. At the time of launching My Home Agent, David was the Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Marina del Rey, also known as KW Silicon Beach, where he was supervising more than 500 agents. He understood the pain points of modern real estate lead generation better than most.

Kayla brought complementary firepower. With years of corporate sales experience at ADP in Chicago, where she ranked among the top reps in the region, she understood how to scale growth through structured outreach and performance-driven marketing. Her experience, discipline, and sales intuition were key to driving early adoption and building national visibility. Together, their combined strengths in programming, sales, brand building, and execution quickly propelled My Home Agent into the center of the real estate tech scene.

Within months of its debut, HomeyPoints was rebranded to My Home Agent and began generating buzz across major markets. The platform was one of the first to integrate with Amazon Alexa, allowing prospective clients to say, “Alexa, find me a real estate agent in [ZIP],” triggering instant lead routing to agents who held that area. Each ZIP was capped at three agents, ensuring exclusivity and eliminating the race-to-the-bottom dynamic that plagued other platforms.

The platform’s success among Keller Williams agents was swift and controversial. As top producers began adopting My Home Agent and reorienting their lead budgets around it, Keller Williams corporate leadership perceived it as a threat. Despite the platform being developed independently, David and Kayla were abruptly terminated from their roles and physically removed from the Marina del Rey office. The move created immediate backlash within the KW and eXp communities, as many agents rallied behind the couple, recognizing the value they had created.

David and Kayla, along with their high-performing sales team, transitioned to Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills where they continued to refine and expand the platform with full operational independence. The move gave them space to scale without interference, and they rebuilt My Home Agent into a national lead engine designed for agents at all brokerages.

Kayla was later invited to speak at Inman Connect NYC to present on the role of voice technology in real estate marketing, a rare opportunity for a startup founder in a space dominated by legacy platforms. Media coverage followed, and My Home Agent was praised for its transparency, simplicity, and strong return on investment for agents.

Today, My Home Agent operates as an independent platform serving agents across the U.S., including those at Compass, Coldwell Banker, eXp Realty, RE/MAX, The Agency, Sotheby’s International Realty, and hundreds of boutique and independent firms. Its system of exclusive ZIP code territory, verified real-time leads, and frictionless smart device integration remains unmatched in the industry.

As the platform relaunches at MyHomeAgent.com, it stays true to its original vision: empowering real estate professionals with smart, exclusive, and actionable technology. Built by agents, for agents. Always independent. Always agent-first.
